On November 5, I arrived at the site described as the ICARI Pusa Campus. There are no singboards etc about the expo and no one knew about the expo, even the security guards are not aware of the expo. No information about date change or relocation was given for / on 5 November. Some people who are coming from Rohtak, or from Meerut or other parts of NCR are spending time and money to see the expo today got frustrated as nothing is happening on the venue there. The person in-charge there told me that the expo will start from 6 November.
