Easiest show I do all year! Rosemont is the best location ever and I love the boutique feel of all the vendors!

No Dyson?This should be a private event with people having tax ID numbers. It was way too busy with people just wanting to buy products. I think it needs to be regulated.

Need for hard copy of classes and guest artist. Very disappointed in the lack of participation from larger venders Sally’s Marlo Paul Mitchel etc or Clarol Wella

I never figured out how to book classes I thought it would be first come first serve. I never received a book and online I never could figure oout classes for free to reserve. Got to show never seen a sign for class rooms . It shouldn’t be that hard. I’m busy and don’t need the agravitation. Not a easy website. Mixing paid forclasse classes with pain for classes. Disappointing

Make the maps easier to read, and places easier to find

We enjoyed the show very much. The registration could have went a little smoother and we had a little trouble finding some of the classes. But over all we would do it again. Thank you!

Here is my feedback: I have gone to the show for the past 20 years I have seen it change throughout these years. Big Big changes in the industry. The show is always energetic and you pick up something.

I. Was disappointed that. My braid class was cut from hands on to a 45 min demo. While I was refunded had I paid closer attention I would have tried to rearrange it to take the hands on class on Mon.

I learned the technique of taping in extensions. Also how to upsell services by selling much needed products to clients.

Venders were approachable and great to work with. Loved all the men's cutting, I've taken home a lot of techniques.

Since was my first time attending, I thought that things went fairly smoothly. I just was confused at times about the floor layout. I would've thought that the numbers given to the vendors, would have made more sense.

Learned a lot,wish to come next year. Hope next year line to a Star Bucks will be shorter.

I had a blast.loved redken . I think appliance sheers and clipper vendors should have education about different types of tools and how to use them.

More aesthetic vendors would be great!My husband attended the Spa Business education track and thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you for offering it.

I loved Christina Kreitel! She is so genuine, even as music from my phone played because I'm too old to know how to use it. Loved her

Awesome show as always! The only thing I would add is a map of the lay out of where the class rooms are located. See you next year!
