Annual AAML Symposium

Annual AAML Symposium provides the highest quality education for California's lawyers at both ends of the spectrum: the practicum teaches trial skills to young lawyers while the symposium presents sophisticated and cutting edge programs for experienced family lawyers. The platform donates substantially all of the proceeds from these programs to charity. We have a range of topics, including the psychology of representing clients, crossover criminal and family law issues, business income, financial planning, tax reform, and Hague custody issues. We will wrap up the last day covering substance use disorders, tracing, characterization, and apportionment to investment accounts, discovery, and business characterization.
