Art Basel was very high end, concentrating on well established artists and re-discovering artists from the 50's and 60's, with little room for emerging younger artists/galleries or mid sized already established galleries. a bit of an imbalance!

Saw a lot of interesting design and art. Would have liked to have more than one day only for the visit. The VIP card certainly helped, relaxing from time to time .

Art 45 Basel will include participation of a large number of exhibitors including long-established artists and sellers from all around the world such as Carl Andre, John Baldessari, Daniel Buren, Hans-Peter Feldmann, Dan Flavin, Mona Hatoum, Anish Kapoor, Robert Rauschenberg, Thomas Schtte, Rirkrit Tiravanija and Cerith Wyn Evans.
