I think they should have an eating tent for a couple of reasons. The clientele are mature and could use a resting spot so they can continue and walk the entire venue. If it rains some would take cover and then continue when the rain passes. Also if they relax over a glass of wine and a snack they may convince them selves to take a second look at something they liked. Also the food section may sell more.
