Put business cards on the table, so that visitor can take one, and don't have to wait for an opportunity to speak to 'vendor'.List of what you manufacture/sell with the sizes & minimum quantities for orders. Put it in writing with your contact details. Put it on a big poster and a stack of paper. The visitor can then either take the list or take a photo of the poster.

No effort had been made with the show and exhibits. as for the Hall 4B... exhibits could not speak any English. overall the entire show lacked sophistication for a textile show.
