Batter Cake Production

Batter Cake Production will help prepare the attendees to take the more in-depth Batter Cakes seminar. That said, there is no prerequisite for taking the Foundations: Batter Cakes course. Our cake baking seminars will teach, inspire, and motivate the attendees to dive deeper into baking science. In the seminar, attendees will add ingredient functions, temperature control, mixing, and processing to their batter cake toolkit. Attendees will also hone their problem-solving skills, which is essential for an up-and-coming baking professional.
