My family has been going to Bookfest for several years now. There are always lots of great books on offer, and we inevitably come home with many bags of books. In the past the past, prices have been very good, making it worth settling for second hand rather than new, and the cost of travel / parking in the city, and the time spent fossicking around. But in Jan, prices seemed to be up across the board, with some books priced almost as high as new books with a few books priced higher than sale prices I have seen on new books. It must be hard to be on top of prices of all books, but maybe erring on the low side would make everyone happy.
