5 Mar 2018 Edition Leslie Rosenberg Reviewed on 19 Mar 2018 Consultant at Health International
Most informative stow- and I especially loved the after party, with that fantastic band from Alaska! What was their name?

5 Mar 2017 Edition JOHN MCQUEEN Reviewed on 22 Mar 2017 Production Manager at Simply Elegant Catering
Informative on planning for the future, many pre cut, marinated and ready to cook items leaning toward retail. From a chefs standpoint there were also many useful ideas and products. Pacific Rim is growing at a great rate.See you next year, JM

It was most informative- I learned a great deal! What I didn't like was that I was given Dear Norths' Smoked Salmon flavors to try- for future ordering, and they were taken as I was leaving the showThat was the only negative
