There should have been some attraction for the visitors, in the form of some bonus good gifts, like giving them a passbook to get signed after their interaction with the sellers, taking their signatures, those who were to complete the maximum interactions could have been made eligible for the lucky draw only. This would have gained more attention and crowd, which was missing, and felt of less seriousness too.
