Worst vendor experience. I spent the entire 1st day being harassed by a kiosk owner & there was no event staff & no mall management on site to help me. The harassment became so extreme that mall patrons called police. Mall security told me vendors are routinely harassed by this group of people at this event. When I called event staff for help, they told me “I’m already at my hotel, I’ll handle whatever it is in the morning.” I packed up & didn’t feel safe returning for days 2 & 3 and wasn’t given a refund.
