I know the hospitality industry is struggling with staffing but I did not have a good experience with the hotel. I showed up at mid-night, my room was not clean, they gave me another room which was a handicap room, they never told me, the room was as dark as I've ever experienced and it didn't have any toilet paper. It took 3 calls and a full day to get toilet paper in the room. When they did clean the room, there was no restocking of coffee or lotion. For a Regency this experience was way below expectations.

Very good speakers were packed in between schedules tightly, all profound but little time to absorb wisdom shared by great presenters. Needed breaks in between (restroom, write notes down, talk about what was just heard etc). THANK YOU though.
