3Robbie James Owivry Reviewed ASCE Convention on 19 Oct 2019
Past National Chairman at Nigerian Institution of Civil Engineers
=convention souvenirs were in short supplies compared with previous years= technical tours lacked insight education to participants at least going by the tour of Miami ports. the guide only talked about what money was generated from the stocked containers and tourists plying the boats: there 's really nothing technical for a civil engineer to take home from that aside tourists' experience.= concurrent sessions presenters don't have no take away papers of their presentations to give either in soft or hard copies.

It was informative but rather than presenting a balanced picture of when P3s are good and when not, it was very pro P3s. I would have much preferred a balanced presentation.
