Association Maritime du Quebec is a nonprofit organization based in Brossard in Quebec Canada. The organization was established in the year 1996 to represent the boating related recreational industry of Canada. The ellipsis used to designate the organization is QMA. The primary aim of the organization is to promote the various aspects of the tourist destinations present in the region like infrastructural development and other developments related to marine tourism. At present the President of the organization is Walter Timmerman. The organization also hosts well conducted events to support the marine tourism industry. The Montreal Boat and Water Boat Show is one of the chief boating events that is hosted by them in this region of Canada. The 14th edition is going to take place in the month of February 2013 where the visitors will get the opportunity to see the latest boats.
