This was a great expo. I had an opportunity to connect and network with fellow pet boarding owners. Very helpful seminars - although I wish they had a seminar on business loans. They also had quality vendors! I will go back again. I felt like I was part of a unique community.
I cannot tell you how pleased I am I took a lot of classes but the one that stuck out to me the most was the one that was on Doodles and I believe the girl's name was Karen who did the presentation for that class and I am so pleased and I want to give her so much thanks and appreciation for that class I've never took a class it was so helpful and so entertaining and just all-around amazing in my life and I just hands down absolute amazing
The overall trade show was good. I think that having it at the Hershey Lodge was distracting, things are on the more expensive side and you have to walk forever to get to the convention center from your room. It would have been quicker for us to stay across the street and just drive to the convention everyday. A lot of kids, we had a screaming baby in the room next to us, which I know you can have anywhere and babies can be fussy but there was just too many kids to be having an event with dogs there. Unfortunately we found that a lot of the employees were not very friendly or helpful. Ricky at the Fire & Grain was amazing though..and Sophia at the coffee shop was as well.
It was my first experience visiting a grooming expo; though there was a lot missing, i think it went well.Since I am from another country, I was hoping that the expo would have samples for customers from grooming product companies to promotions and discounts to attend grooming schools. I was also hoping to get the book Notes of the Grooming Table, but there was no way of finding it.
I was there alone and found it easy to meet people at the events that they had set up. I would love to see even more classes next year I thought it was very worthwhile.

Excellent show, as usual. We go every year and always have a great visit. We're always looking for new items, grooming techniques, and new friends. We've been grooming since 1988 and yes you can teach us old dogs new tricks.
