It is not beneficial to vendors that we must pay for parking as well as extremely high booth rental. We could not leave to get food without paying for parking again. It would be very helpful for vendors to know there is no food /limited food available on site.

Restroom situation upstairs was not good. They were not open so every time I had to hurry and go to one downstairs and around and hurry back to hear speakers.

Former BMS events provided a booklet with info on presenters, where they would be and this time there were none and we found it difficult to find the booths we wanted to see and presenters info. A big map with numbers , is difficult to remember, especially for seniors. Plus many booths had not displayed its number. a lot of time was wasted trying to find the booths we knew were there but didn't know where they were and staff didn't seem to know either.
