Someone should be at the front door directing people where to go to check in. We asked a couple of people on staff and they had no idea. Told us to stand in line. After standing in a long line we were told we didn't have to do that but that we could have gone to the table down the hall and picked up our bags and tickets. Very unorganized. Bags were handed out and not one person gave directions. Two wrist bands were offered so we put on the early bird one and checked our bags to find out that we needed BOTH on. Had to go get our bags and the other band. Thankfully we are not new to conventions / Expos and figured all of this out but a new person would have been lost and frustrated at this. Shopping closes while classes are still in progress and early bird sales close during the first classes of the day on both days prohibiting those in class from participating. Everything else was super.

This conference is shrinking each year. The vendors are also declining. Possibly 10times can improve the marketing of this site for next year ? We only heard about it by word of mouth ... where is the marketing money being spent ? Possibly reconsider where budget is applied and focus on increasing attendance ?

Technique class on Thursday night was terrible. Four vendors, only 2 were worth it. All that money for what? Horrible elevator situation. Treasure Box was a good class as was Debbie Lucas Meeting Minnie and Mickey. Petticoat Parlour Cruise and travel classes were good. Need more inexpensive food venders.

I was disappointed as it seemed it was all about scrap booking, and not card making, plus I was a disappointed in the Creative Bee classes, did not teach you anything, it was all about there products, which did not cut the job
