Am I missing something here???? This was nowhere near the caliber fishing show I thought it would be.... it many vendors at all....I went there looking to purchase a surf rod AND THERE WERE NONE FOR SALE...seriously the biggest rod that was there were 7’ inshore rods....seriously not worth more than a ten mi Ute ride I’m being critical because all these reviews are misleading...notice how many people mention the name Jeff something in their reviews (average attendee would not know or care who the venue promotor is) which leads me to believe they are just friends and acquaintances of his...makes sense right? .....also the fish tank was full of small bass that looked like they were going to die any minute...website said over 150 vendors. NO WAY...I seen twenty tops and half of them weren’t even fishing related....and everything was priced at retail......if you’re looking for something to do just do t set your expectations that high and you might have a decent time
My third year. So I knew EXACTLY what I wanted! Loved the Contoocook Canoe booth (put a down payment on a Hobie PA 12 360) and Rocky Ledge Tackle (sold all my other spinnerbaits to buy more of Jim's)! And Fx Customer Rods.Plus great presentations!

Great accomodations at Boxboro Regency. Even had a swimming pool. Great food at the pub. Maid forgot to give new towels one day, but came back and gave me three large bath towels to replace.
Parking was terrible. Signs were placed in the front entrance leading people down a one land road that should have strictly been for over flow. Too many bait companies.
I thought the show was very good, I did find fault with the venue. Too broken up, confusing especially the Gazebo & Pavilion Bar areas. The show seem to have a great attendance, exhibitors etc. Assumable a financial success.
