Lucknow does not have adequate amount of infrastructure for such huge scale event. There are not enough hotels, cars, taxis, flights and other inter city transports to and from Lucknow. It is not well enough connected. The flight rates went up by 4 to 5 times, hotels were charging as much as 10 times their rack rates and still no rooms were available! Cars and taxis were also in huge short supply. We had very tough time arranging theses simple logistics. On top of it the expo zone there was very little information or maps of various stalls and facilities. Even Gates did not have gate numbers on them. Every few hours the police would barricade most accesses and deny entry to visitors who had purchased costly business tickets and needed to be present at their stalls to meet clients. It was chaotic and very very tiring and frustrating to carry out our desired mission. We paid huge amount of money to participate in the expo but feel highly short chAnged due to very very non professional ma

Organizers should also take care of strict monitoring of Hotels. Inspite of 100% advance payment and confirmed booking, hotels denied accomodation and forced many to go for fresh payments in cash at exhorbitant prices. This was sheer dacoity !!!

I would like the organisers to ensure watering around the event venue as there was too much dust in neara by parking and surrounding, as it was dirtying our wearables even before we reached the exhibition halls.

Though it is good to see the participants but there was very less facilities for the registered visitors for this event. One could see more of freebies participants, hence the crowd was of low standard and caused great inconvenience to the corporate participants.
