Whilst the brochure clearly stated 4 levels of exhibition, we only got to level 2 where Rational, Luus etc exhibitMore stands nearby escalators and stairs would have made us easier to navigate to the different levels. Another issue is with exhibitors: if you did not plan to give out free sample, why bothered joining the event? Sample can be as little as 10ml for liquid or half a thumb size for solid food. Stingy gave you no business!
I think the Asian exhibitors were very helpful and willing to help you with other items that weren't advertised at their stalls. Ofcourse it all means money.Admittedly I don't think I visited too many of the local exhibitors. It was my first time at one of these shows and I quite enjoyed it. Thanks Build and Design. Best food trade show I have been to in Australia. Great range and spread of products and ideas, countries and people. I expected to take a full day to get around but ended up being there for 3 days.
