National Stationery Show on 06 Feb 2020 Retail Buyer at Retail Concepts
AnneCaso Reviewed Bring your own Food and Drink to Javitz Center. Food Service was awful, food service staff was unfriendly and unaccommodating. Many areas at the both food courts were out of some items by 1PM on Monday. Whoever the new Food concessionaire is, they need to put their staff through some serious customer service training and management needs to better understand the /guest needs and the amount of food/beverage needed. I have been coming to this show for over 20 years and the food and service up until the past summer show was good with a large selection of ethnic and American local fare.
ASD Market Week on 06 Aug 2019 Owner at Gathered: A Native Made Marketplace
Cheryl Acosta Reviewed My first time going. Registering before hand made picking up badges very easy. I appreciate the fact that all the vendors and a description of their wares was available when I downloaded the app on my phone. What I found helpful was going through the list of vendors before the show so that I could plan and visit the ones that carried what I was interested in first. The booths were all clearly marked in the specific halls which made them easy to find. I found the show well organized and the communications and updates sent to me a way to keep me engaged and informed. I don't know if any hotels were offering a specail rate for paticipants. That would have been a bonus.
Medtrade East on 28 Oct 2019 President at A+ Home Medical Supply
gope gidwani Reviewed I have attended Medtrade Atlanta for many years and general opinion is that is slowing down from 4 days to 2 days of expo which can be covered in one or 1 1/2 daysIssue lies with organization serving DME members which are WEAK to make make DME members stronger so they can make a living.Today they are very few corp who who in turn support and control the non profit DME representing org and hence control the agenda. They have not represented DME cos interests effectively in general before CMS.Until this happens smallDME bix will go out and hence less attendance. If you want real opinion call me'Harry Gidwani cell 617.510.1979. This will increase DMEs and hence more attendance
ASD Market Week on 02 Aug 2018 CEO at PourLilArtist
Diane Cardinale Reviewed Scooter prices are too expensive, Most people that requires wheelchair or scooter rentals are on limited income, and why do you charge $15 additional because you’re trying to play it safe and not carry cash so when you use your card you get charge 15 additional dollars… SMH. Spoke to many vendors returning vendors in new vendors and a lot, I stress a lot we’re disappointed that their new areas were basically in hidden corners and had almost 50% less foot traffic. The confusing part two was when a vendor had a center booth you listed, (just throwing out a #)2700 you listed 2700 on all four sides so that when you’re walking down to 2800 row you’re still seeing 2700 whatever side the booth is in should be the sequential number of the road do not put the persons full booth number on all four sides that is very confusing and wastes a lot of time, you know how many times our group had to backtrack because they thought they missed the number. A booth can be listed with more than
Sports Licensing and Tailgate Show on 20 Jan 2020 Buyer at Bamastuff
David M Jones Reviewed I believe more checkouts were needed for License to Buy. I spent an hour in line. The program is great but could have been smoother.
AMERICAN HANDCRAFTED on 30 Jan 2020 gallery owner at Good Goods
Sandra Randolph Reviewed Love the reward to buyers who place orders. I won for the first time. It was such a thrill and such a lovely thank you. Great idea.
Impressions Expo Long Beach on 21 Jan 2020 Owner / Inventor at Stain Imaging
Tim Lunt Reviewed Walk through everything first before stopping to chat so you know what all is there. Especially the peripheral stuff as that can be where the golden finds are.
ASD Market Week on 24 Mar 2019 Fashion Designer at Aujay Creative design
SusanLett Reviewed Some of the new sellers said they wouldn’t be returning next year because it cost more for the booth they rented than they sold. I was just asking some if they would be returning because I would like to purchase next year. I always enjoy seeing what’s new for the upcoming inventory.
Swim Collective Trade Show on 31 Jan 2020 Designer at amarillo/swimwear
silva karageozian Reviewed Learned about fabrics, styles and trends for swim wear. There are a variety of ways to market and produce good quality suits.
National Stationery Show on 19 Aug 2019 Retail Buyer at Retail Concepts
AnneCaso Reviewed There is just too much going on at once at this Market under one roof-- NY NOW, NSS & now JA. I found it disjointed and hard to maneuver. Venue Food Service was awful. Everything was the same in all food service areas, no diversity. I don't know who the new food service vendor is, but it doesn't compare to the quality and diversity of Centerplate Food Service.
