Learnt about wool felt and various stitches to use. I didn't know there were so many embroidery groups in Perth - looking forward to joining one. Loved their exhibition. Also liked the display at the beginning of the quilt exhibition for new patchworkers to see.

Being that I am into making clothes it would be nice to see more added next year for sewers - I am not alone in this thought as home sewers are on the increase.

As a visitor to the fair, I enjoyed the variety of stands, but the venue is too small and the catering was almost non existent, thankfully I took my own lunch.

Exhibition Centre was a lovely venue. Lots of different stall holders and plenty of classes. Did get a bit crowded on the first day. Came back on Sunday afternoon - didn't like having to pay another entry fee.

Great show, but a little disappointed, seeing it was the 25th anniversary, that there weren't more exhibitors. Years ago there were lots of beading exhibitors, now there is no one specializing in beads. On the whole, good show, and great products.

I prefer the sewing and scrapbook events to be separate and to start at 9.00am
