The expo was not that impressive when compared to the entry fee of Rs. 2000. Ideally the entry fee shouldn't exceed Rs.500. No seating arrangements, no water inside the vanue and some of the Participants were least concerned about attending the visitors. No samples being given. No bags were provided to keep the brochures etc. I personally felt it's not worth for the time and money we spent.

Pathetic senior staff, unprofessionalism at its peak at Franchise India Expo 15th Feb 2025 Zirakpur (Park Plaza). We were multiple times reached by the Franchise India team to purchase the passes (Worth - 1298 PP for 2) and visit the venue where as per their suggestion a team will provide the detailed info about the all the enquiry on the brands. A senior guy named Rohit at the last FI stall, gave us the wrong information about the existence of the brand and its number. When asked more details he got rude and urged to pay him to get more information and begin argue that how we can make him sure about the signing up for the subscription and choosing the brand right away.
