I was a great experience but end of the day i don't realise that the price of equipment, ingredients, machinery was less or high in exhibition . Because Every shop keeper(exhibitor) was telling me don't buy here come to shop, some of told price is high here so i confusion of pricing i didn't buy anything and when i called in their shop they said price was less in exhibition. But i wanted to buy conevection oven to spatula everything to start my pastry business as a home baker. But on other hand i got suppliers contacts,
Pls make some seating arrangements for visitors who may get tired and also, some toilet facilities for the ladies, else everyone like me will leave the exhibition without seeing the whole thing in case of nature call !!

There were only a few exhibitors. We couldn't find things we were looking for. Also, the venue was really cheap. Very unprofessionally done. what is the use of pre-registration when I have to register again on the desk? Also, most of the shops were empty. it felt like most of the exhibitors didn't turn up. There was no demo. Exhibitors hardly knew about their things. Exhibitors were eating gutka during the conversation. It wasn't a cheerful environment at all. Absolutely no use of attending it. Will keep that in mind next time and I would never visit the exhibition again. and yes absolutely no hospitality for your so-called hospitality show. Worst experience ever.
Barely any foot fall or visitors. What really upset us was stalls of poor reputation company ( lanurriture specialities) who owe money to so many people including their employees were allowed to display their products there. Background checks of companies should be done before allowing anybody to put a stall. They have changed their company names 2-3 times in the the last 3 years.Who wants do business with such company and we feel bad to visit expo which encourages such spurious companies. Many more innocent will get cheated due to their presence in the expo.Hopefully Mumbai ediition has genuine companies stalls

we got to learn that one of the bakery product outlet whose shop is located at Vashi or Vasai created a big problem in returning one product. 1. He was accepting only cash, 2. He was not providing a single bill of the products sold. Why should the Bakery buisness allot stalls to such participants who dont even provide us proper bill for our purchase.
Try to get as Much information as.possible.Felt cheated at the registration counter as the online registration refused to go thru, besides nowhere was the fee mentioned Not a good way to go, loads of people were screaming for the same reason. We were three of us.So yes hopefully things will get more transparent and honest.
