This questionnaire is useless, when we click on an item it only has the option for thumbs up. Many things were terrible and it does not give an opportunity to describe that. For example the food in the VIP lounge and in the club lounge was like a third world country. No civilized person eats white bread sandwiches with mayonnaise. Just one example of many faux pas on the menu. There was no signage, the book directory for program is not clearly marked and was very confusing. e.g. the DAY should be written at the top of each page for Symposia.
