there were seminars and presentations on new trends in food. This is important to know about future food and future of food.e.g. plant based foodTechnology is changing every day .so it was great insight to know the new edge equipments and appliances for better serving with world class experience.e.g the appliance to keep hot and cold in one unit which can be carried out with cloud kitchen to remote area for catering.The technolgy used in retort packaging is truly boon for healthy foodies.Going towards vegan,plant based and organic is much more needed now for healthy life style.The brands exhibited were with full knowledge to their capacity to make the concept understand even for small traders.

We have been exhibitors in Aahar since 2019. The quality of venue and facilities has been increasing every year. There should be a covered and conveyor belt walk for connecting all halls.
