My team and myself have been really disappointed about the number and the quality of exhibitors. Major manufacturers like 3M, Uvex, Ansell, … are absent. No safety shoes. We’ve invested time, travel means, hotel for a very little payback. For sure, we’ll not come back for a next edition.

I am responsible for voco hotel Al khobar part of IHG and have sent many emails to Adam Whitehead asking for any opportunity to share rates for your participants or to have the chance to share our offers for the catering but I have never received his response.

Was looking for real veneer granites and cement doors instead of gloss and wood, UK only manufacture vinyl wrap doors, German and/or Italy seem to make these stone veneer doors, yet I have found in the UK over 5 companies who manufacture real stone on a roll, but not making doors complete. Also Appliance manufactures at the show do not sell direct to retailers, they only work with companies who only sell appliances, time these companies buy appliances from the manufacturer, and put their profit on, we end up with being only £10 to £20 cheeper than selling prices on line selling to the customer/ end userNothing new from the last show 2 years ago

The process of entering into the conference of very tediousthe papers presented were quality and full of very useful information. however the connectivity was a challenge for may presenters which caused constrain. the time guideline lines were also conflicting making me miss a session or enter late. I only managed to enter into a few.

Usually there is a FREE program so people attending a convention can find out what's going on and where things are located. Having to go online and search the website made it impossible! Also soHaving food vendors in the same area as merchandise vendors was ridiculous. People bumping into others with food, also made it EXTREMELY congested to get through.
