Faster entry which was better than last time. Baggage counter was better , but still search time was longer, for faster search time luggage racks should be coded in alphanumeric codes. Food complimentary voucher provided was a delightful suprise for me. But my company name was not printed on the badge. Toilets and food counter was difficult to locate so there should be better directions provided hanging on top, because directions provided for food court and toilets were not good . However in general there has been significant improvement as per earlier exhibitions and we hope for more and better improvement so as to Keep future exhibitions at par with International standards.
You must send a list of participants and their nature if business alongwith the stall/booth number ti the trade visitors well un advance...at least to the pre-registered visitors. It will ease the one-to-one discussion at the venue...Please do the needful...Thanks
networking was key, i made some business contacts. However i feel that the organizers should have invited the customs office and SARS and clearing agents too. This would have made so much business sense. i found it odd that these crucial stakeholders where not part of the expo considering that they are the pillars in the import market. I was actually dissapointed that there were not there.

Participants should bring more catalogues & business cards. Product representation was limited. I didn't find the products that I expected to see. About half of the exhibitors seemed uninterested when we reached their booths. They were chatting on their phones & we often had to walk right up to where they were sitting to ask for assistance.

In general it was good.No Guide map at the entrance. In WC there were no tissues or working electric dryers. Some exhibitors of small electric home appliances have only empty body samples, So, visitors couldn't check their quality. Thanks for interest.
there are many barriers like1. Language and communication2. Food items are exorbitantly costly3. No proper information given about the documents required at the time of entry though there is pre-registration4. At every Entry points there should be registration and information counter and there shoud be many exit points
I wish I could give you a feedback for how the exhibition was but unfortunately I couldn't attend the exhibition. It's by far the worst managed exhibition I've come across.I registered for Machinex in the morning on day I visited the exhibition. My and my associate both stood in the MISMANAGED line for almost two hours till we could reach the counter and pick our cards. The management was so bad, they got a bunch of unaware college kids to manage the crowd. We patiently waited and the management wasn't even present half the times or were chit chatting amongst themselves than managing. People were moving within the lines, there were so many of them that were misinformed, inclusive of us. However, after we reached the counter, one of the management executive said that we can't give you the pass here because you registered in the morning and that we have to do on-site registration and get back in the line. This is highly ridiculous because he just refused to acknowledge the fact that
