The instructor was very engaging and gave a lot of real world experiences to make connections to the content we were discussing. Lots of great information and I liked the simple to follow handbook that was provided.

Excellent presentation - very practical. Suggest it become a two day seminar which eould allow more time for additional discussion. Perhaps it could be combined with another topic - difficult people. Dr Gene Donaldson

My manager said that I could attend an event if I found one that interested me, and I chose this one. The topic is one I enjoy, and I thought it might be helpful in my work. I enjoyed it greatly, but it ended up being a bit too salesy for me.

Program Assistant Hs/ehs at Community Action Partnership Of Strafford County
I got a lot out of the training. I even showed my boss and colleagues the 2 exercises we did in groups on the wall and in our books. I thought Geri Ann and Pamela were great teachers and answered all of my questions.
2Christa Sandoval Reviewed The Administrative Assistants Conference on 25 Sep 2018
Administrative Assistant at Sandia National Labs
Unfortunate was a sales event.Speakers were knowledgeable.Would have been better to have 2 topics to choose in am & 2 topics in pm to be able to get something out of it. Disappointed that opening & closing sessions were intertwined into the day.
