The event is managed in a high qualify manner, all the facilities are clean, and the app provides all the information we need at all time. The oraganization was top and the team wonderful.

Overall I was a bit disappointed in this year's conference. I didn't find the classes as good as in previous years. I would suggest adding more destination classes so that we can learn what is available to our clients in the various countries that the cruises visit - like Jamaica - Bermuda, etc. Having the various tourist boards is great at the trade show but having them do a short class would be better. Also, the 3 hour long lunches are a bit much and not that interesting overall. Using some of this time for some small break out classes would be much better. I plan to attend again next year, but if it is the same as this year I likely won't return.

Not enough food servings at breakfast and lunch. Always searching for a table. The first day I was told there were no seats left for lunch and to sit in the back. Third day they found me a seat but no desserts left.

Very informative,variety of places and different ways of digital bookings.

It would be nice to have more interaction between the participants and the speakers. More question and answer sessions.

I didn’t necessarily like the long lunch meetings and after. I liked the presentations more in individual sessions.
