1. I came straight from the airport from an overseas trip to attend. Registration was closed so I did not get a tag. That made my visit far less effective for my business. 2. I entered a large hotel with dramatic presentations but only.a few. A friend explained to me where to go and I found the larger pavilion. The presentation left me confused. 3. Many, many booth managers were looking at their phones and not at me. 4. Booths with places to sit in were engaged in conversation and not communicating nor providing easy access to the printed matter. 5. It was well worth coming, I learned a lot and took away new material.
