More sign posting was needed from Olympia train station, to the exact location of AEL. The AEL website, should remind visitors of the closest airport to it, 'cos I ended up booking my flight last on Fri night and I booked London City airport instead of Heathrow. I made this mistake'cos I mixed up the location with EXCel which is closest to London City airport. Coffee would have been nice to have been served witht he delegates lunch. Also dont bother with champagne at the endio fot eh the delegates day- I think a tea/coffee break would be much better networkign opportunity. The lunch area, chould have had more - tall stand up tables for delegates to stand to have their lunch at, I ended up having my lunch standing at the cutlery table . Exhibitors should have more interactive stuff on their stands to attract visitors on their stands, as approaching stands can have too much of a sales feel. you should have a counple of plug points for recharging phones, as my iphone x phoned died at the

Everything was good and interesting. I loved the 360 stroller 😜for fun. Other hair lectures were good

Well organised show and was able to collect some useful information.Also met some brands which I will be following up with for my International clients.Thank you to the organisers and look forward to future events.

Great experience, all leading brands in the beauty industry under one roof. Very professionally organised. Attended seminars, demos & interesting talks on nutrition. Was very informative & inspiring. Went both days & wish I had more time! :)

The show was brilliant as usual there is a small problem with people using small wheeleycases behind them they knock you out of there way they are guitar dangerous

None of the staff knew where the events were being held. Seem to have temp staff. Seminars - could not hear due to loud events happening on the the stall.
