Quartz Network

Caleb was terrific and very helpful. I attended two prior Quartz conferences and found both outstanding. The venue, food and Midway event at this conference were outstanding. I still value the format and opportunity to meet with matched vendors. I was, however, disappointed that there were relatively few Human Resources attendees, which greatly limited the networking opportunities. I also found that the quality of the presentations was not at the high level of the prior conferences I attended. I would have liked to see more presentations by people who are currently working in companies for HR--this conference was consultant-heavy. Even those presenters who were listed as from companies were in fact prior employees of those companies. Work environments change rapidly, which is why it's most useful to hear from people who currently work at their companies. (One exception was the presenter from HP, who was great.) One of the best conference I have been to in awhile. I felt my time was respected and the matches for meeting with the vendor was good (only 1 miss). The break out sessions were great. The food excellent and networking was great.

Was very insightful and looking forward to attending again .. met some awesome ppl as well !

I got a lot out of the meetings and also talking to the vendors.
