5 Doreen Thorogood Reviewed Bologna Children's Book Fair on 07 Apr 2017 Agent at Good Illustration Limited
I had a very productive time and had 19 meetings in two days. It was lovely to catch up with my clients from all over the world and to see my artists books displayed on many stands. One thing could be improved and that is the Ladies toilets.
5 Nicky Singer Reviewed Bologna Children's Book Fair on 10 Apr 2017 Being Brilliant (Mostly) at Writer
5. Came as a writer, gave one talk and one interview, wandered about, met people, some I knew, some I didn't. Got food, didn't have to queue to long for the toilet (!). Was impressed with taxi queue system. Generally very impressed!
4 Robert Grant Munro Reviewed Bologna Children's Book Fair on 11 Apr 2017 Partner at Bio-pics
Overall Very good, Thursday was a little disappointing due to the fact a lot of the exhibitors had packed up before lunchtime and some of the talks were a little difficult to hear without amplification. Well done
3 Catherine Groenewald Reviewed Bologna Children's Book Fair on 24 Feb 2018 Illustrator and writer at ABC Stories
Huge variety of stalls which was brilliant. The illustrators competition was disappointing, a complete different feel and style of what was actually being sold and marketed. Out of touch.
2 Murray Schane Reviewed Bologna Children's Book Fair on 12 Apr 2017 Creative Director at Panzil Productions
There was no prior information provided to contact literary agents in advance of the Fair. The Fair would do well to provide resources for new authors to learn and implement use of the programs and exhibitors at the Fair.
