covering also the start and the finish stage of metal works would attracting more visitors, such as precise foundry, die casting, and the finish stage such as heat treatment and inspection instruments.

Sad to see WESTEC slowly fading away and not even attracting vendors that had been there for years. Partially California's hostility toward manufacturing and WESTEC's $$ costs. Very few small innovative startup booths, probably too expensive.
