Food supply and its safety measures is currently a hot topic globally. Taiwan Association for Food Protection abbreviated as TAFP was built in 2011 in Taiwan, China with the same motive. People, today have become more concerned on having healthy food. Proper food production, regulation of laws and delivering food to the mass with appropriate investigation is the mission of this organization. Lee-Yan Sheen is the President of this association which aims at being the best in food supply chain system. One of the major conferences held by TAFP is the Asia Pacific International Conference on Food safety.
