The meeting was excellent. Some information was hard to obtain before the conference, though after two unanswered E-mails on a third I received a most helpful phone call. The program should list times and to the extent possible place for registration and exhibits/vendors. It would further exchange if the program listed presenter E-mails. If people on a panels were encouraged to use these to exchange papers or previews before sessions it could improve the panels and the benefits to speakers and audience. This year I would have included in my paper a paragraph with a citation to one of my co-presenters if I had known more about his work ahead of time. It would be terrific if presenters could post papers or extended abstracts on an on-line proceedings. As it would not require review of submissions, there would be little administrative work and posting would not prevent future publication.

I learned the most from the breakout sessions because they were things that I could actually implement. Prison peers program and evaluation in particular. The Kiva sessions were inspiring, but there wasn't much I could take away for my program. For the food, as a vegetarian, I was disappointed that there was no food for me at the awards dinner and nobody came to tell me. They just left me sitting there with nothing while the rest of the table started to eat.The app was helpful but a bit clunky.Overall it was incredibly beneficial to attend. I got ideas for new programs, new funding and new evaluation. What more could you ask for?

Great speakers and topics. The venue fell short, especially the food and food service.
