I am local, so I did not use any of the accommodations or the shuttle service. My only negative is, I feel the food vendors need more help filling orders, so they can expedite the food lines. I loved the wide variety of vendors/exhibitors, as well as the shows, showcasing the cultural dances. I learned about a number of apps available for use, while traveling, and ways to pack in a more compact manner. I also learned a lot more, about the countries and states, for which my clients, as well as I, frequent, and/or would like to visit. I liked that some of the seminars, that overlapped with other seminars I wanted to attend, were scheduled for both days, so I was able to attend all of the seminars, in which I was interested. This was a great networking event, and I was able to establish a lot of contacts. I am looking forward, to attending next year!

I attended as a member of the media. Thank you. Great opportunity to learn about destinations and make contacts.

It was a very plain event with just standard information from the vendors and suppliers. I would like to see more effort on the suppliers presentations. I found it to be a bit boring. I am used to the events that IBTM and others like it use to capture attention and make it more interesting.

The Title of the show was too big for what it was all about.

I didn't realize how much of the Carribbean I've yet to see or know about. Wish there was a map before entering to give people a heads up as it was too overwhelming for me. Should be a Carribean zone, a European zone, a US zone - or NE zone/FL/CA subzones, etc.

This year you have so many vendors and I loved that. You can apply for passports which is really great and the global entry both very informational. I love all the presentations/speakers but some of the presentations/speakers I did not see because they are all at the same time. One thing I noticed this year they are so many African booths and it was really great.

Travel advisors- come prepared to deal with a plethora of exhibitors selling cheap trips to destinations for time share presentations. It i tasteless, unfair to valid travel advisors and unfair to unsuspecting travelers. The presences of these exhibitors lessens the quality and professionalism of this event. It is more like a circus event.

Weird mix of genuinely helpful information presenters and vendors which I expected and hawker types. People with ”raffles” just to draw you in. This felt like a ruse, just to try to get you to buy a package holiday.

I always enjoy talking with the vendors. However, let me know earlier about the date and send the registration info. I do not take the L.A. Times, so don't get the information that way. We take the Orange Co. Register newspaper. Thanks for the benefit of the free entrance ticket.
