As a trainer I learned about using social media. I was able to talk with groomers about educating staff about dog personalities & body language. I feel more info to groomers about training would be a bonus!!!

I couldn't attend classes on Friday and Saturday like I had paid and planned to. I didn't make it into town until Saturday afternoon and only had time to shop. But was able to get all that I needed, except items from Groomers Mall.

Glad to have Friday to avoid crowds. Would have been nice to have a map printed- I know about paper conservation-but was hard to find things some times.Enjoyed the siw.

Insight: don't waste your money on taking classes. 99% of it was common sense. Unless you are just a pet owner and want to learn grooming, you won't leave with much, if any new knowledge. Most of the classes were just groomers trying to promote their products or the products of their sponsors. If you need some products for your shop, it's a good place to spend a couple of hours shopping at. It's not fantastic prices, but small discounts add up.
