Exhibitor will showcase How do we increase awareness of Toronto designers in the international marketplace?, 16 emerging furniture designers who embody the renowned craft and design tradition at Sheridan, a video documentary series and online story-telling platform, profiling public architecture and urban design projects across Canada, the vast variety of contemporary design possibilities while under the self-appointed constraint of a two tone colour scheme, demonstrated primarily in furniture pieces, kids bellwoods clothes stand through ella+elliot, a window display with an array of bellwoods creating a forest, The intermingling of pattern, shape and texture dance across the canvas and transform the spaces they are in, an opportunity to meet local designers, experience featured installations, and dance with the amazing community that makes this Festival happen, a collection of objects designed by Anderssen & Voll and produced by local craftspeople in Toronto, a selection of designers take refuge in their studios and find warmth in color, material and concept and even so much more.
