Device Research Conference

The Device Research Conference, co-sponsored by the IEEE Electron Devices Society and the Materials Research Society, is coordinated with the Electronic Materials Conference (EMC), held later that week. This recognizes the importance of interactions between device and electronic materials research and provides for a fruitful exchange of information between attendees of both conferences.
