The ANMF (Vic Branch), Psychological Hazards in Healthcare Conference, is a half day event held online on Friday 14 August 2020. Due to COVID-19 and .. Read more with consideration for the Health, Safety and Wellbeing of all attendees, the 2020 Psychological Hazards in Healthcare conference will be held online over four hours. We will have four industry leaders presenting to you as part of this program. These include Dr Kate Blackwood, who will be presenting on understanding management competencies for managing bullying and fostering healthy work in nursing and Dr Amy Zadow, who will be presenting on Psychosocial safety climate. Psychological hazards at work have an impact on the mental and or emotional wellbeing of workers, which are impacted by organisational factors. Outcomes of exposure to psychological hazards include but are not limited to stress, fatigue (physical and emotional), and other psychological and physical symptoms.
