Tom has over 30 years of pharmacy experience in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinic pharmacies, health plans and pharmacy benefit management. Prior to joining Navitus, Tom served as the Pharmacy Coordinator for Dean Pharmacy. His managed care experience also includes several years at Dean Health Plan/Dean Health Insurance, Inc., where he supervised the prior authorization process, developed and enacted ad hoc reporting processes for audits, maintained MAC pricing for pharmacy reimbursement and sustained a superior customer service policy for the Dean Health Plan pharmacy department.
