The National Modern Foreign Languages Conference 2021 will assess the latest best practice methods and strategies to enhance MFL teaching provision and improve attainment for all MFL pupils, and ensuring these efforts are in line with the latest Ofsted inspection framework. Attendees will also discuss how to overcome the challenges around progress due to the COVID-19 school closures, and explore the future of MFL teaching and learning including through online provisions and the use of technology, and what catch-up provisions look like for language learning skills. Day 1 of this year’s Conference will focus on providing you the latest policy and exam guidance updates, while Day 2 will offer engaging workshop sessions to offer you innovative and creative practical ideas for your online and classroom based pedagogy.
