Developed three-tier credentialing process for Arkansas Peer Support Model. Became first Peer Recovery Specialist stationed in an emergency department in Arkansas. One of the first ten Certified Peer Support Supervisors in Arkansas. Trainer on Peer Support, Peer Supervision, and Narcan administration. Serves on committees and boards to improve peer support services nationwide. Led development of nationally recognized Arkansas Model of Peer Recovery.
