Solid Dosage Manufacturing Process Training is offered at the Techceuticals Lab in Cleveland, OH. This three-day course provides comprehensive training on creating high-quality tablets and capsules. Limited to 24 participants, the course offers a hands-on learning experience tailored to individual needs. Participants will learn about the step-by-step processes of manufacturing, common terminology, and gain practical knowledge through breakout sessions. Key topics include formulation, blending, milling, granulation, drying, final blending, tableting, tablet press tooling, coating, and encapsulation. Upon completion, participants will be able to assess formulas and determine manufacturing processes, and have a better understanding of pharmaceutical or supplement facilities and production pathways. This program promotes collaboration between different departments.
