Eastman Leadership Conference

We invite leaders in the music school industry to join us for an immersive conference focused on navigating the evolving professional musical world. This intimate event will enhance leadership effectiveness and provide new perspectives, skills, and tools for managing music schools. Participants will engage in hands-on workshops, study sessions, and discussions. In addition, we will provide opportunities to explore downtown Rochester and enjoy its vibrant food scene. Transportation to and from the airport will not be provided, but taxis, Uber, and Lyft are available. Breakfast will be provided by the hotel, and lunches and dinners will showcase top restaurants in Rochester, accommodating dietary needs and allergies. The conference will adhere to University of Rochester guidelines regarding COVID-19.
