Maine Archives and Museums Fall Conference

Maine Archives and Museums supports museums, archives, and historical societies in Maine. They provide information for tourists and professionals, and share news about exhibits, job openings, workshops, and grants. The association invites you to their annual conference in Presque Isle, Maine, with the theme "Maine Beyond Borders: Overcoming Barriers". At the conference, Paul will discuss the Webster-Ashburton Treaty of 1842 and its impact on the Acadian and Francophone community in the St. John Valley. Free trolley service will be available between the conference and three local hotels.
