Annual ETHICS in Professional Practice Conference

This study explores the application of behavioral community approaches to promote community change through collaboration across sectors. It examines ethical considerations, strengths, challenges, and opportunities of using a behavioral science approach in community applications through multidisciplinary collaboration. AI has the potential to enhance ABA services, but the familiarity and comfort of behavior analysts with AI in ABA are unknown. The study also raises ethical questions about using AI in ABA from clinical ethical frameworks and alternative ethical frameworks uncommon in ABA, such as AI ethics, technology ethics, and data ethics. Effective mentoring and supervision are crucial in shaping the ethical conduct and professional development of behavior analysts in applied behavior analysis.
