students. Trauma informed mindful sitting, movement, and walking practices are introduced that can be used in individual practice or in group practice in schools. The course concludes with participants making a plan to achieve the wellness goals they set at the start of the course, with the possibility of integrating regular mindfulness practice into their lives.
